Every effort has been taken to make this site accessible to all.
It uses valid XHTML (extensible hypertext mark-up language) and CSS (cascading style sheets), and has been tested against the Web Accessibility Initiative guidelines to conform to their 'AA' standard.
Text size
You can increase or decrease the text size of this website, using the 'standard/large text' links at the top of each page. Alternatively, the text is scalable using the built-in controls in your browser, which can be accessed through the 'View > Text Size' menu on your tool bar.
Navigate with access keys
Most web browsers support shortcuts called access keys that you can use to jump to specific areas of the site.
If your browser supports them, simultaneously hold down 'Alt' + key (Windows) or 'Ctrl' + key (Macintosh) and then press 'Enter'. (If you are using a Firefox browser you will not need to press 'Enter'. If you are using Internet Explorer 7 you will need to release 'Alt' + key before pressing 'Enter'.) This will enable you to navigate to the following pages without using a mouse:
